Graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic University with a specialization “Nuclear Power Plants and Installations” in 1982. Worked as Nuclear Reactor Operating Engineer; Chief Engineer for Siberian NPP; Chief Engineer for Siberian Chemical Combine of State Corporation “Rosatom”. In the capacity of the Director General for FSUE “MCC” he conducted the construction and start-up of SNF “dry” chamber-type storage along with establishing at MCC the production of MOX-FAs for fast neutron reactors.
