GALA DINNER & DANCE

The Gala Dinner & Dance will take place on Friday 11th September in the prestigious ballroom of The Dorchester, Park Lane. The Gala Dinner & Dance is not a "black tie" event, more of an opportunity to meet business colleagues and friends informally, relax after a productive, informative Symposium, and enjoy traditional London hospitality.

Information on timings and transport arrangements for the Gala Dinner & Dance will be provided in delegates’ registration packs.  Dinner seating will be arranged on a first come first served basis and those attending are encouraged to finalise their seating arrangements at the time of registration.

GE Hitachi has kindly agreed to sponsor the champagne reception immediately preceding dinner.

After dinner, there will be live music and a disco; there will also be a piano bar and a separate lounge for those wishing to relax in a quiet area.

To comply with UK legislation, The Dorchester is a designated non-smoking area.
