We are delighted to invite you to this year’s Gala Dinner, hosted at Exhibition White City - a distinctive and recently launched venue in the heart of London.
The evening will commence with a drinks reception at 19:00, followed by a three-course dinner and live entertainment.
About the Venue
Exhibition White City seamlessly blends heritage, design, and culture within a beautifully restored Grade II listed building. Originally constructed in 1899 as an engine house for the Central London Railway, this remarkable Victorian structure preserves its iconic Transport for London (TfL) features, including original tiled walls and signature red brickwork. The venue takes its name from its proximity to the site of the 1908 Franco-British Exhibition and was famously featured as the Acme Factory in the cult classic Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
Dress Code: This year the dress code is “formal attire black tie optional”. This includes suits, tuxedos, evening gowns, cocktail dress, smart shoes. We also encourage traditional formal wear.
All guests are required to wear their conference badge for entry.

Attendance at the Gala Dinner requires seat reservation. Details on how to reserve your seat will be sent to registered delegates who have indicated their interest in attending. As availability is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, we strongly encourage early reservation.
