World Nuclear Symposium 2026

If you will be using a presentation as supportive material for your keynote at this year's Symposium, please refer to these guidelines. 

Preparing presentations 

Speakers should ensure that presentation slides are suitable for viewing online. If the presentations submitted are unsuitable, speakers will be asked to revise them. All presentations should be in widescreen 16:9 format.  

On-screen presentations 

Presenters should prepare a computer presentation for on-screen display. This should be submitted via email to presentations@world-nuclear.org by 17:00 (British Summer Time) on 01 September 2026 in Microsoft PowerPoint format. Please feel free to use your own company template.

If you wish to include media other than PowerPoint presentations slides, for example video clips, this will need to be agreed with World Nuclear Association. If necessary, World Nuclear Association will provide file-sharing details to allow very large files to be sent. Please note that presentations will be made available to delegates as static PDF files.  

Oral presentation 

To ensure the smooth running of Symposium the time allocated for your presentation must not be exceeded. Speakers will be expected to participate in live Q&A sessions unless agreed otherwise. 

Distribution of presentations 

Please note that by agreeing to speak at Symposium 50, you grant World Nuclear Association non-exclusive rights to distribute your presentation. Presentations will be made available to registered delegates, and video/audio recordings of your presentation may be shared as part of the event's content distribution.

By agreeing to speak at Symposium 2026, you confirm that you are the author and owner of the copyright for the material presented or have obtained all necessary permissions to use third-party content. You take full responsibility for ensuring that your presentation does not infringe on any intellectual property rights. 

As a speaker, you acknowledge that Symposium and its organizers bear no liability for any copyright disputes arising from your presentation. By participating, you accept full responsibility for the content you share.
