Cancellation policy
World Nuclear Association will make every reasonable effort to hold World Nuclear Symposium 2026 as planned. However, the Association reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event at its discretion, including for reasons beyond its control.
If the event is cancelled due to circumstances within the Association’s control, the sponsor will be entitled to a full refund of the sponsorship fees. In cases where cancellation results from circumstances beyond the Association’s reasonable control, any refund will be made at the Association’s sole discretion.
The Association will not be liable for any other costs or losses incurred, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
