Registration options and fees
Registration is open for World Nuclear Symposium in London from 3-5 September 2025.
We recommend securing your ticket early to ensure you secure your preferred package. Please note that only WNA members may register under the members category.
The Strategic Summits on Wednesday 3 September will run concurrently, so please select either the Finance Summit or the Energy User Summit during registration.
The full Symposium package include access to:

- Finance Strategic Summit on Wednesday 3 September: bringing the nuclear and finance communities together to find viable pathways to unlock the investment needed to triple global nuclear capacity by 2050.

- Energy User Strategic Summit on Wednesday 3 September: exploring the developing partnership between the nuclear industry and large users of energy, which has the potential to be one of the defining characteristics of the future energy market.

Key dates/information
- The early bird rate is available until 23.59 BST on Monday 30 June 2025
- The regular rate is from 00.00 BST on Tuesday 1 July 2025
- All prices exclude 20% VAT
- Payment type: Only credit/debit card
- Young Generation (under 30s) must bring valid ID when registering onsite
- Academia and Government must register using a valid academic or governmental email address
- Due to increased demand, we can no longer offer the opportunity for guest tickets to be purchased for the networking events
*Complimentary press registration is limited strictly to editorial representatives (e.g. reporters, editors), photographers, and film crews from bona fide media organizations, as well as freelance journalists working on assignments at the Symposium for such organizations. Press registrations will be vetted before approval to ensure compliance with the above guidelines. Press registration does not include networking events (Welcome Reception or Gala Dinner entry).

Gala Dinner
If you chosen package includes the Gala Dinner, your attendance is dependent on reserving your seat. Details on how to do this will be sent to registered delegates nearer the time of the event. Please contact events@world-nuclear.org if you have any questions.

Cancellation fees:
Up to 30 July 20% of registration fee
From 31 July to 19 August 50% of registration fee
After 20 August and no-shows 100% of registration fee
Substitute delegates accepted at no charge. Deadline to submit request is Friday 29 August (otherwise cancellation fee applies)
All best endeavours will be made to present the Symposium events as described. However, World Nuclear Association reserves the right to alter or cancel the Symposium as necessary. In the event of cancellation by the Association, registered delegates will receive a full refund of registration fees, however the Association will not be liable for any additional loss or inconvenience, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.
