You will be strongly encouraged to reserve your seat as soon as possible as they are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Registration fee includes:
*Complimentary press registration is limited strictly to editorial representatives (e.g. reporters, editors), photographers, and film crews from bona fide media organizations, as well as freelance journalists working on assignments at the Symposium for such organizations. Press registrations will be vetted before approval to ensure compliance with the above guidelines. Press registration does not include gala dinner entry.

Cancellation fees:
Up to 10 August 20% of registration fee
From 10 to 31 August 50% of registration fee
After 31 August and no-shows 100% of registration fee
Substitute delegates accepted at no charge
All best endeavours will be made to present the Symposium events as described. However, World Nuclear Association reserves the right to alter or cancel the Symposium as necessary. In the event of cancellation by the Association, registered delegates will receive a full refund of registration fees, however the Association will not be liable for any additional loss or inconvenience, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.
