Fees

Registration fee includes:

• All general sessions and panel discussions
• Exhibition hall admission
• Coffee breaks and lunches
• Entry to all social events; welcome reception and gala dinner*
• Transport to welcome reception and gala dinner

*Attendance to the gala dinner is dependent on reserving your seat. Details on how to do this will be sent to registered delegates that have opted to attend nearer the time of the event. You will be strongly encouraged to reserve your seat as soon as possible as they are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

*Complimentary press registration is limited strictly to editorial representatives (e.g. reporters, editors), photographers, and film crews from bona fide media organizations, as well as freelance journalists working on assignments at the Symposium for such organizations. Press registrations will be vetted before approval to ensure compliance with the above guidelines. Press registration does not include gala dinner entry.

Guest tickets

• All prices are subject to 20% VAT
• Young Generation (under 35s) must bring valid ID when registering onsite
• Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date or before the event takes place, whichever is soonest. Full payment must be received prior to the event. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in refused entry to the conference onsite.

Cancellation fees:

Up to 10 August 20% of registration fee

From 10 to 31 August 50% of registration fee

After 31 August and no-shows 100% of registration fee

Substitute delegates accepted at no charge

All best endeavours will be made to present the Symposium events as described. However, World Nuclear Association reserves the right to alter or cancel the Symposium as necessary. In the event of cancellation by the Association, registered delegates will receive a full refund of registration fees, however the Association will not be liable for any additional loss or inconvenience, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.
