He closely collaborates with authorities, utilities, reactor designers, and industry partners to promote the deployment of reliable, low-carbon nuclear energy solutions.

Leveraging decades of expertise in renewable, conventional, and nuclear power generation, Christian showcases Siemens Energy’s extensive experience in designing
and delivering control solutions for power generation applications, positioning Siemens Energy as a vital technology partner for both existing nuclear fleets and the next generation of AMRs and SMRs.

Christian is an enthusiastic promoter of standardization, modularization, and strategic partnerships to accelerate nuclear deployment while minimizing project risks, on-site activities, and resulting costs.

Dr Jonathan Cobb is Senior Programme Lead, Climate at World Nuclear Association.  He is the lead author of World Nuclear Outlook Report, which examines the goals and ambitions for nuclear energy development of national governments and assesses their progress towards those goals.

Dr Cobb was previously lead author of the World Nuclear Performance Report, an annual review of global nuclear electricity production and reactor construction, which is now being incorporated into World Nuclear Outlook Report. He also heads the Association’s engagement with the UN’s COP climate change conferences.

Dr. Lola Infante is Senior Programme Lead, Economics and Finance at the World Nuclear Association.   

Previously, Dr. Infante was Portfolio Director, U.S. DOE Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) at Management Solutions, LLC. where she managed a $192M contract that provided support, guidance, and advice to OCED. Before that, among other roles, she worked in the U.S. at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) as Executive Director, Government and External Affairs and at the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) as Sr. Director, Clean Energy Technology and Policy.  

From 2018 to 2024, Infante was a member of the U.S. DOE Electricity Advisory Committee where she chaired the Energy Storage Subcommittee. During that time, she was also a member of ESIG’s (Energy Systems Integration Group) Board of Directors.  

Dr. Infante holds a PhD with Distinction from the Johns Hopkins University, an MA in Energy, Environment, Science and Technology also from Johns Hopkins University, an MA in International Economics and Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Sciences Po Paris, France.
