No refund can be given once a room has been confirmed.
All best endeavours will be made to present the Symposium events as described. However, World Nuclear Association reserves the right to alter or cancel the Symposium as necessary. In the event of cancellation by the Association, meeting room bookings will be fully refunded, however, the Association will not be liable for any additional loss or inconvenience, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.
