We are delighted to announce this year’s Gala Dinner will be hosted at Exhibition White City and sponsored by Cameco.

18:20   Coaches depart from Royal Lancaster London
19:00   Drinks reception
20:00   Guests seated for dinner
20:15   Dinner and live entertainment
22:30   After party 
23.30   Close (guests to make their own way home)   

Timings are subject to minor adjustments

Dress Code:  To celebrate the 50th edition of World Nuclear Symposium, this year the dress code is “formal attire black tie optional”. This includes suits, tuxedos, evening gowns, cocktail dress, smart shoes. We also encourage traditional formal wear. 

Reserve your seat: If your chosen registration package includes the Gala Dinner, your attendance is dependent on reserving your seat. Details on how to do this will be sent to delegates on completion of registration. Please contact events@world-nuclear.org if you have any questions.   All guests are required to wear their conference badge for entry. 
 

About the Venue 

Exhibition White City seamlessly blends heritage, design, and culture within a beautifully restored Grade II listed building. Originally constructed in 1899 as an engine house for the Central London Railway, this remarkable Victorian structure preserves its iconic Transport for London (TfL) features, including original tiled walls and signature red brickwork. The venue takes its name from its proximity to the site of the 1908 Franco-British Exhibition and was famously featured as the Acme Factory in the cult classic Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
