Registration options and fees

Registration is now open for World Nuclear Symposium in London from 9-11 September 2026. 

Register today to secure your attendance! We encourage individuals to secure your place and avoid potential disappointment at not being able to secure your preferred package.

We’ve made it easier for you to tailor your event experience. When registering, you can choose from flexible package options.

Please note:

• If you wish to attend the Finance Summit, you must choose between the Full Package or Finance Summit Package in your registration. It cannot be added later to a Symposium Package.
• The Gala Dinner add-on is only eligble for the Full Package or Symposium Package for an additional cost of £200 + VAT .
• This year, we have a limited number of Gala Dinner guest tickets available for spouses/partners, which can be purchased for an additional cost of £275 + VAT. These operate on a first-come-first-served basis and are limited to one per delegate. 

Please note that only World Nuclear Association members may register under the members category.

• The regular rate is from 17.00 BST on Tuesday 30 June 2026 
• All prices exclude 20% VAT 
• Payment type: Only credit/debit card
• Young Generation (under 30s) must bring valid ID when registering onsite 
• Academia and Government must register using a valid academic or governmental email address 
• Due to increased demand, we can no longer offer the opportunity for guest tickets to be purchased for the networking events 

*Complimentary press registration is limited strictly to editorial representatives (e.g. reporters, editors), photographers, and film crews from bona fide media organizations, as well as freelance journalists working on assignments at the Symposium for such organizations. Press registrations will be vetted before approval to ensure compliance with the above guidelines. Press registration does not include networking events (Welcome Reception or Gala Dinner entry). 

Gala Dinner 

If you have chosen to add the Gala Dinner as an add-on to your registration, your attendance is dependent on reserving your seat via the "Delegate Portal". The deadline to reserve your seat is Friday 21 August (before 17.00 GMT). Access to the seat booking system is only permitted when the full registration payment has been received. Please contact events@world-nuclear.org if you have any questions.

Cancellation fees: 

Up to 30 July 20% of registration fee  
From 31 July to 19 August 50% of registration fee  
After 20 August and no-shows 100% of registration fee  
Substitute delegates accepted at no charge. Deadline to submit request is Friday 28 August (otherwise cancellation fee applies)  

World Nuclear Association will make every reasonable effort to hold World Nuclear Symposium 2026 as planned. However, the Association reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event at its discretion, including for reasons beyond its control.

If the event is cancelled due to circumstances within the Association’s control, delegates will be entitled to a full refund of registration fees. In cases where cancellation results from circumstances beyond the Association’s reasonable control, any refund will be made at the Association’s sole discretion.

The Association will not be liable for any other costs or losses incurred, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
